O’Dea Building has been in operation under the same management for approx. 35 years with a couple of name changes along the way.

The directors of the company Tom & David are qualified tradesmen having experience in all facets of building developing many skills along the way. In particular we believe that one of our great strengths is communication and ability to work closely with our clients.

Over a 35 year span we have constructed everything from Bathroom renovations to Architecturally designed dwellings, farm sheds to factories and commercial shops.

During our time there we worked in numerous child care facilities and many other sensitive areas of the Stonnington Council.

We also worked for numerous years in the Insurance repair industry once again an area that has many sensitives associated with working in the homes of people that we had not previously known, our skills were required to perform tasks from rebuilding fire damaged and storm damaged residential homes and commercial offices and industrial factories.

We hold a National Supply Agreement with LendLease Retirement Living, working in their vast network of retirement villages throughout West Gippsland and into the Southern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Working in their retirement villages we have refined most of the skills that would be required in the NDIS space. Most of our tradespeople are in house employees limiting the need to outsource services.

we estimate to having completed some 200+ total bathroom upgrades. In the Retirement living business we have consistently upgraded approx. 30 – 40 units and apartments per year over the past 6 years or so, many of the sites having multiple bathrooms.
