O’Dea Building & Maintenance carried out a total internal renovation to our house in Warragul in 2019.  We can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism and the quality of their work.  They listened to our requirements and made many excellent suggestions which we incorporated into the final design.  They were on time and on budget.  They have a great crew of tradies who all took great care and pride in their work.  We are extremely happy with the final result and are now living the dream.  We can confidently recommend O’Dea Builders to anyone who is planning on building or renovating.

It is with pleasure that we offer this recommendation for O’Dea Building and Maintenance Services.
We employed O’Dea Building and Maintenance Services to carry out construction and fit out of our daughter’s accessible bedroom and bathroom as an NDIS funded project.
Right from the initial consultation with David and Tom we felt confidence that this special project was going to be a priority and handled well.
The project although large was so carefully executed that it made little impact on the rest of the house and our daily schedule.
The O’Dea tradesmen were polite and courteous and quick to consult on any questions. The entire project was constantly checked and overseen by both David and Tom O’Dea by visiting the project very regularly.
The O’Dea team even gave extra thought to the client bring a wheelchair bound teenage girl and suggested purpose built pull down wardrobe rails to give her the independence of choosing her own clothes, something we had never thought of.
They also carefully lined the interior walls of the wardrobe to avoid scuffs from storing equipment.
The fixtures used in this modification were full length mirrored wardrobe wall ( also essential for a teenage girl) sensor taps, sensor soap dispenser, water plane sink, ceiling hung lifting hoist system, non slip vinyl flooring, handheld shower system, wall hung toilet, heated towel rails and overhead heating/fan.
In conclusion we throughly recommend O’Dea Building and Maintenance Services for all your renovation needs and especially NDIS projects.

A very sincere thank you to Tom (and his fantastic team) – from the initial appointment where great ideas were suggested ……. to the end result – a wonderful fully modified ensuite created for my husband Peter who (with the assistance of his carers) can now enjoy what we all take for granted – a shower!
Peter’s ensuite now has everything and more that is required for someone confined to a wheelchair and the workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional.
I must also add that this was an NDIS funded project.
Tom and of course his great crew were always so very polite and courteous and a pleasure to have in our home – and very handy with a vacuum cleaner!
